Family and personal law

The Firm supports and assists its clients in all areas of family law , both in the formation of marriage and in its dissolution:
- Marital regime and change of regime during marriage;
- Divorce by Mutual Consent/Joint Petition by Act of Attorney;
- Contentious divorce (for fault, definitive alteration of the marital bond/acceptance of the principle of the breakdown of the marriage);
- Concerning children: attribution of parental authority, alimony, visitation and accommodation rights;
- Request for compensatory benefit and modification of custody arrangements;
- Amicable and judicial division and liquidation of the matrimonial regime;
- Legal protection of adults/guardianship/curatorship.

Labor law

The Firm advises and assists its clients in all areas of labor law , both in advice and in litigation:
- Harassment, discrimination;
- Unfair dismissal, without real and serious cause;
- Negotiated departures, conventional termination;
- Referral to the industrial tribunal;
- Request for interim relief, end of contract documents;

Criminal Law

The Firm defends you in your criminal proceedings before the Courts
- General criminal law defense of perpetrators and victims of criminal offenses before police and correctional courts;
- Filing and follow-up of complaints.

The basic fee can be set:
• either on a fixed basis according, depending on the complexity of the case;
• either based on time spent , with a basic fee and/or a result fee , also depending on the complexity of the case.
The hourly rate of fees varies depending on the complexity of the case

They are on average the following :
- Hourly cost : from €200 excluding tax, according to the criteria previously set;
- Consultations : from €150 excluding tax, according to the criteria previously set.

Article L.444-1 of the French Commercial Code governs the fees and emoluments of lawyers in matters of seizure of property, partition, licitation and legal security mentioned in article 10 of law no. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 reforming certain judicial and legal professions.
